About Evan
As Community Organizer, Evan is responsible for independently organizing and implementing projects and programs that support our effort to grow the base for equitable cannabis legalization in the Commonwealth of Virginia through our #legalizeitRight and #CoinsNotCuffs legislative campaigns during the General Assembly’s 2022 session. Their academic background includes a B.A. in Philosophy from Randolph College (formerly Randolph-Macon Woman’s College) where they graduated with the honors of Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
