About Amber
Amber Brown has over 10 years of experience in state and local politics as assistant registrar and deputy registrar in Richmond City and Chesterfield County. Growing up in Richmond City, Amber found a passion for athletics and reading. As a devoted learner, they took an interest in advocacy and came to understand voting as an essential tool for affecting real change in our society.
Currently, as Regional Field Director for the New Virginia Majority for 4 years, they work to educate voters year-round for racial, economic, and environmental justice through politics and policy. They strive to support their community through organizing civic engagement in Virginia’s prisons and jails.
