Virginia is ready to Legalize It Right.

Marijuana Justice advocates for communities most impacted by Virginia’s war on drugs and is concerned with redressing the ongoing harms inflicted by the War on Drugs.

  • Repeal

    We demand no more new crimes, removal of the open container crime, decriminalization of youth, legalization of public consumption and the removal of the zero tolerance policy and drug sanctions from colleges & universities

  • Repair

    We belive it is the state’s responsibility, in acknowledging its mistake of prohibition, to redress the harms it created. We call on The commonwealth to provide and fund counsel for all individuals identified as eligible for review, rather than requiring indigency determinations.

  • Reparations

    True community safety and racial justice means reinvesting in survivors with recurring cash payments in the GI to resource the repair of this unjust war.
